Call For Work 2010

This is a call for films to be shown at the 5th Barton Hill Animation Festival
On Sunday the 7th March 2010 in Bristol
We are looking for NEW and EXCITING animated films, which will appeal to a diverse audience including families and animators.
Your work will be shown to a packed cinema and there will also be a wide range of workshops, including a Foley sound workshop, stop frame animation, human pixilation, mini-mation for under 5’s, plus lots more. There is also a model making competition, with fantastic prizes and guest speakers, who have previously included Aardman and the Brothers McLeod. See the blog for more details.
The festival is in its 5th year now and has been increasingly successful, with last year’s festival exceeding all expectations in terms of attendance and films shown. We are expecting the next festival to be bigger and better!
If you have a short animated film you would like shown at the festival then please submit them using the format and address below. Films MUST be supplied as an AVI or MOV file on a DVD data disc. Please do not submit films on playable DVD’s.

Send your disc to:
Sarah Winch, Wellspring Healthy Living Centre, Beam Street, Barton Hill, Bristol, BS59QY

The deadline for submission is Friday 12th February 2010

We look forward to seeing your work.
